When coffee professionals want to drink coffee for the taste of it, we brew and drink it like anyone else. However, when we want to be precise and more serious about evaluating the quality, we cup it (yes, that's now a verb!).

We host our cuppings Thursdays at 11 am (Kona) and Wednesdays and Fridays at 11 am (Waikoloa).

Most farmers in Hawaii process their coffee using the washed/wet method. However, in recent years, some farmers have been experimenting with alternate processing methods.
