Public cupping

When coffee professionals want to drink coffee for the taste of it, we brew and drink it like anyone else.  However, when we want to be precise and more serious about evaluating the quality, we cup it (yes, that's now a verb!).

If you're interested to learn a bit about the method and even give it a try, join us for one of our public cuppings on the roastery bar.

We host our cuppings Thursdays at 11 am (Kona) and Wednesdays and Fridays at 11 am (Waikoloa).
